Awesome in my opinion. I like how there are the large bays created by the curve of the landformation. It allows for a sizable junk of land to travel around by foot or mount, but getting from one tip to the other could be done faster by ship.

*blink* That's...wow, um...where and with what did you make that? How odd that given a visual map all sorts of things come to mind about islanders, northlanders, the middle sea pirates, etc.

The software is linked in the other thread here, it is called Fractal Terrains. This map here is not at all finalized, but one instance of what I had in mind.
I am glad to see you can come up with ideas when shown a map, because I was generally doing the same sort of thing. That's what we need around here.
I was going to start labelling stuff, but for now I am concentrating on other things, and am in fact still thinking about questions unanswered from phase 1.
